Members will not have to pay to gain menbership only an email adress will be necessary,
they can however choose to up-load funds to the web-site via pay-pal,thus if they wish to watch a
video the web-site will deduct a 10pence fee from these funds.
Each member will have a limit to the amount of videos they can upload to the web-site set at 4.
the payments will be awarded from the funds each member up-loads to the site- as their allowance so
as to say. By this I mean in order for any menber to watch a video they must first have at-least 10pence
as their allowance, for these funds will directly be transmitted to the video owners. however the minimum
any account holder may up-load to their web-site space via pay-pal shold be £5.
Each view will cost 10pence.
Adverts will only become part of the site if advertiser choose to advertise on the site page of the person
with the most popular home page, due to the amount of views they receive. which will only make this
person richer as the Web-site owners will not get a penny of the advertisement all proceeds will be given
to the account member. All the website will receive will be a 20% deduction charge on transactions made
from every video watched.
Viewers will be given a 100 character box within which to fit their comment. and the option to tick the
video as like or cross as dislike.
All payments will be made to contributors on a monthly bases, providing the Menbers choose that specific
month if not then the video may continue to accrue views.
