Glype 1.1 PHP Iran and base64

My Glype proxies are being blocked in iran as the govt has added a feature to their censorship apparatus that decodes base64 coding (the only method allowed by glype). I wish to solve this by using the method in [login to view URL] which is applying rot13 encoding (not very secure!) to my existing proxy template or another method that would be more secure. An example template is at accessfast (.) info So a) cost to apply rot13 to an existing template or b) apply another more secure method to an existing template If b) please explain your idea - note if expensive will not do as dont earn a great deal from iranian traffic anyway.
