I already have a form. I just need additional work on it. What I need additionally is to use PayPal (IPN) as the payment gateway and sends an email to us AND inserts the data into the database upon transaction. I also would need to have a spam filter. The completed product must be well tested with your own paypal sandbox account. This is a very very small project of a budget of $30.
