Size Chart and Inventory View in Magento Order, Invoice, email pages - repost 2

In the Magento, we need to show shoes size & qty table of the front item, order detail, email, and invoice pages for wholesalers. The shoes qty of each size can be modified by admin, not a buyer, in order-admin page, but total qty of the shoes cannot be changed and set to default number as you see them in the picture we attach. The shoes table can be changed to each item spec and all items has different qty of each size. We want to add the table in the order, email, invoice, and item front detail page.
