## Deliverables
**Create a Budgeting Delphi 7/ Firebird 1.52 application.**
This project is to convert an Excel budgeting application to Delphi and add additional features to the application. The new application must contain these features-- cash flow analysis, consolidation, forecasting and planning. The application will have a main form that handles all options including import/export of data. Each of these main features will have its own Form that performs that task. Other supporting Forms will be needed 3 or 4 that will be used as maintenance Forms for tables. A utility datamodule will be created to handle any shared process between the Forms.
Coding Guidelines.
1. The application must have a main form that controls the entire application.
2. ActionList be used as much as possible. The main form must use an Action List to handle events.
3. Use the Delphi excel component to display information. I will supply this component. [[login to view URL]][1]/components/[login to view URL]
4. SQL will be used to do data access and must be outside the component and added at runtime.
The database for this application has already been created. Detail on the relationship between and how the data is to be rolled up in the tables will be provided. If you cannot use this database then you will have to create your own.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
