Custom Browser

I need a simple custom cross-platform web browser built. This browser should have all of the typical features that you would find on any web broswer, but it should also have a small second window built into the tool bar to display a secondary web page (rougly 320 width by 160 height). This window should be on the right side of the toolbar and the URL that populates the window should be controlled through a secondary address field that is normally hidden. I can provide a mock-up if necessary. Successful completion of this software may lead to further contracts with future upgrades.
