To upgrade our existing single choice payment software to an adjustable user base/volume base. The rate to be set by the site administrator but viewable by an Association/Partner administrator. Currently we are marketing to the public for individual searches of our database for $20 per search. We are now marketing to large associations or corporation where their members can search at a dicounted price by either prepurchasing a large volume of searches and paying by credit card (or wire transfer) at the time of ordering the searches. The members can also purchase ongoing at the same rate but can buy with a credit card one search at a time. The software must do a running calculate of the $ amount purchase so the site administrator can send the ASsociation administrator a % of revenue generated by it's member, sort of a profit sharing. See "Deliverables" for a project layout guide. Please include comments and suggestions that will make it easy to use professional looking. Will choose a coder with a rating based on project completions, Arbitrations, experience and then price. Site is in it's 3rd year but this is first for a bidding process.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
Bid must include installation and warrantee perion of 6 months should the buyer prove that a needed enhancement should have logically been included in the initial project scope 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Project Layout Guide: This section allows a potential partner / association if interested in becoming a “partner?? to fill out an online “Application?? form evincing an interest in setting up a “Partner Account?? on MarineLiens.com. Upon clicking “submit?? after completing the “Partnership Program Application?? form, an autoresponder email is generated by the system and will be sent out to the “Partner Applicant?? confirming that the “Application Form?? has been received by MarineLiens and is being processed. MarineLiens too receives a copy of this confirmation via email This section allows a partner to pre-purchase searches which are credited to the Partner Admin Account upon the payment being successfully processed. It also allows a partner to create / setup accounts for individual members to distribute searches purchased in bulk across its member base This section allows a partner to login using the access information provided to him In case a partner forgets his password, an autoresponder mail will be sent to his registered e-mail address providing him with his password / new password This section allows a partner to “Pre-Purchase?? the total number of searches, and make payment through a secure online payment system. A minimum number of 100 (or other) searches must be purchased. Upon payment being successfully processed, the number of searches purchased are “credited?? to the Partner Admin Account. This section involves research, analysis and implementation of the payment gateway This section allows the Partner to create / setup accounts for individual members, and can distribute searches purchased in bulk across its member base. Once a “Member?? account has been created, an autoresponder is sent to the member email address, providing member specific access information, and also indicating how many “searches?? have been credited to the account. This section allows a member to pre-purchase searches which are credited to the Members Account upon the payment being successfully processed If the “Application?? is declined, an autoresponder is sent out to the Applicant indicating that the Application for Partnership was declined stating reasons for declination. If the “Application?? is approved, an autoresponder is sent out to the Applicant indicating that the Application for Partnership has been approved, along with Account access information (username / password) that will allow the Partner to complete setup of the Account and begin transacting / offering searches to its members This section allows the Site Super Admin to modify a Partner Account. This section allows the Site Super Admin to delete a Partner Account. This section allows the Site Super Admin to modify a Partners individual Member Account. This section allows a member to purchase one search at a time at a specified price preset by site administrator once proven to be a member of the partnership/association The site OS is Windows 2000 Server with SQL 2000
