Hi I need an Internet Cafe Management System. For this task I need two programs as the all will runb in a LAN: 1)The Admin program: a)People can be registred so they become users with own username and pws. b)Registred user can ask the admin to "rent" the computer for an amount of time. At this time the admin will load that user for the amount paid(say 1 hour). When the time is over then the computer and that user will be blocked. c)The admin, from his program, will disable/enable such program functions in one/more of the connected computers in the LAN. d)As default only Internet Explorer will be enabled for the user. e)Intrnet Explorer, by default, as to have the menues disabled. 2)The client program: a)As default the button Start will be disabled. However, from the admin program it will possible to enable this button. b)When the time is almost over, there will be a message alert prompting up. In conclusion, an ordinary Internet cafe application running on a server/client architecture. Further details of the programs will be given to the winner of this bid. Just simple modifications of what I said above. I would prefer the application be developed in java, maybe with some OS specific calls done in c or c++. However, Im open to suggestion.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
