Javascript for virtual keyboard and keypad

We need 2 scripts for a php project, they can be called with parameters defined by the coder.

***Keypad:** 10 numbers and a backspace button, no comma nor dot

***Keyboard:

**No numeric keys,

Keys required: Turkish Q keyboard, Tab, Caps, Shift, Space, (at), .: , ,; , “ , ! , / , ( , ) , ? , - , Del, Backspace, 4 arrows

**_Requirements for both:

_**1)The pads should work in inline or popup mode

2)The place of the pad should be configurable when called by the application (with parameters, for example, x,y for the up left corner of the pad)

3)The pads should be resizable in resolution (same way, with parameters or with a method preferred by the coder)

4)The border color should be chosen (in an ini file or the way of the coder)

5)The letter fonts and colors configurable

6)The buttons should be separate with borders

7)The button background color should also be configurable

8)The button has to change color or border shape when clicked or pressed

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
