We are seeking a coder that will build the following:
A voice reminder by telephone
This reminder will allow the caller to call a phone number and listen to a pre-recorded message. For example:
The caller will hear a greeting followed by press 1 for this. Press 2 for that. Press 3 for this and so forth. Caller will listen to five music backgrounds, select the background music of choice, then add their own reminder (using their own voice) to the background music of choice.
The caller must be able to record her voice with background music of choice while on the phone.
The recording should have up to 30 minutes of recording time so the caller can add long reminders.
Note: The background music should play in a continuous loop. Depending on how long the caller's reminder lasts.
In other words, the background music should play as long as the voice message plays.
After the caller has added her voice reminder with background music, she will be able to choose up to 3 times per day to have her voice message with backgound music sent to her telephone or cell phone number automatically.
After she provide the phone number in which she would like to receive her voice recording with background music, the system will send the recording (her voice with background music) to the phone number she provided at the time of day she requested.
We will provide all background music
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
