I am looking for developing an application where in i could add words in a pre printed government forms ,
This government deeds have space given for us for inserting the words specified according to agreements , its same like sale deed , purchase deeds.
A sample has been attached to this summary and the insertion of words are to be made where i have drawn the red line in the sample.
I need boxes created at the space where i can insert the words and when i say print the words have to be printed exactly on the same given space in the form.
Or you can give just boxes where in turn the boxes link to the exact space where it needs to be.
There is totaly 8 deeds and each deed has around 7 or 12 pages each , so I have around 85 pages which needs to be done.
Once done i need certain box information which is inserted to be put on a word document where in i can take a monthly report of the same. Which would contain names of individuals who are in deed , the area , the price and so on which i would give the information once we start communicating.
This application should not be printer dependent as there could be changes in printer model time to time.

This is time based application , so the bidder has to confirm the time taken to create this application. And also need to indicate in which form the government forms has to be sent , JPEG , BMP , physical , as the print out has to be exact according to the printed format and the paper size.
