Prototype web-based application (GUI only)

I am looking to have a web-based workflow application developed. You only need to develop the GUI. It should run the standard browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome etc) The GUI needs to execute certain jobs on a back-end server. We have developed the back-end components already. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DEVELOP THE BACKEND MODULES. You will need to develop a GUI similar to [][1]<[login to view URL]> (You will need to register on Clario Analytics to view the application) You will need to provide full documentation on software. You will need to adhere to industry standards. We would like to do this project on a step by step basis whereby we pay you for hitting certain milestones. The backend runs on Linux & Oracle. The front-end should be compatible with all major browsers. ## Deliverables Please see attached. It is a mock up of what I would like. Ideally I would like you to come up with a new design. I want it to look really sharp and I am open to you using Flash or HTML5. However, I am willing to take your recommendation on the best technology to use for this.
