Psychology/statistics software

I am looking for a coder who has familiarity with the statistics used in undergraduate psychology courses (particularly ANOVA), and ideally has a background in both psychology and maths. Ideally you should be based in the North West of England. ## Deliverables The nature of the project is that it isn't possible for me to specify the design of the program/what features will be needed entirely in advance. I'll have to try out an initial version, then think about what other features the program needs to be useful. Your bid price should be based on the assumption that after delivering the initial version, there will be three further rounds of (minor) revisions. Please also quote an "add on" price for any future rounds of revisions that need to be made. I envisage this as a project that will evolve over the years, so I'm looking to enter into a long term relationship with a coder that I can trust and rely on and is interested in the project and comitted to making something good - not someone who just wants a quick one-off coding job.
