[url removed, login to view] ??" Proposal Letter February, 1st 2005 Goal: Our goal is to create a social networking service solely targeted for fraternities and sororities. In order to become a member of the website, the person must be in a frat or sorority. A system has to be devised that will ensure that the person is truly in a frat and not any random person. You will take the utmost priority towards the secure and professional structuring of code. We are submitting a complete generalized idea of what is needed to be achieved with this project. You can find clone sites below to reference to what we are looking for. Please take the clone sites into perspective when comparing it to our project. In all honesty we are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual that can come up with ideas to make this site better and more appealing in functionality to set us aside from our competitors. We are open feedback relating to this. Please bid on this project in reference to reviewing how much work this project entails. We will depend on you for feedback, knowledge, and experience in all aspects of the current project at hand. We mean business. This is an auction for your services, show us what you got. Impress us. Show us you want this project with a detailed informative proposal to us, as we submitted one to you. Please see the attached proposal.
