Hello, this is my first project with rent-a-coder. I operate a small part-time side business in eBay. I'm looking to automate tasks and make things easier and more automatic. The software application I would like must include basic GUI (it doesn't have to be fancy as long as it works), or something relative to web-based that can operate stand-alone on my desktop. It needs to be something that works aside eBay with greater organization functionality and bulk bidding. The core essentials needed are the ability to log into my ebay account while connected to the internet but as a separate desktop application, search for ebay auctions, display just the details of the auctions (pictures/descriptions unneccessary), and sniping. It must be able to have a check box beside each item I'm interested in bidding on and to group the items, set an automatic bid for the group, and be able to have a group larger than 200 items, that will give me the option to cancel further bids automatically for the same item after a successful bid or choose to continue bidding regardless at my discretion (a switch like a check box for each group). Finally it should have the ability to directly "buy it now" from within this application alone. This is for my own use only - it doesn't have to look good, as long as it's easy to use and does what I need it to do. I am serious about what I'm looking for and ready and willing to pay immediately. Serious coders only contact me please. Thank you. ## Deliverables This tool must be designed to work with a login from [login to view URL] and search for auctions available both on [login to view URL] and ebay.com. Timed auction sniping is required - I must be able to select a large number of auctions (via check box etc.) and affect them all by one entry box preferably at the top or bottom of the auctions list. The program must be able to assign them all an identical maximum bid by entering an amount in that box that affects anything check-marked in the list of available auctions I choose to bid on. It must do this without opening each individual auction, so that I have more time available by putting bulk identical bids on several auctions. Within this same function, the program should be able to be set as bid immediately or as a set timer in days/mins/seconds (whatever applicable) from "now" (as in the moment I decide to put the bulk bid in) and have a timer that goes by the time remaining on the auction as well so I can choose either at my preference. For example I decide I want to bid $25 when there is 10 mins left of 3 auctions, I would check off three boxes beside 3 auctions I'm interested in, select an option to bid with "____blank" mins remaining and enter 10 mins (entered in the form-style box), with some type of submit function. Essential functionality would be a warning mechanism, where when any entry is submitted, it asks "Yes" or "No" before submitting, and paraphrases exactly what is to be done, as in "Are you sure you would like to bid $25 on these (3) auctions?" Please note as well, I am mildly colour-blind, and as the sole user of said application, would appreciate if colour coordination is used, that it be relatively different colours. Otherwise the graphical scheme and design organization is at the programmers discretion of course so long as it doesn't interfere with anything else listed here. As for "grouping" items, again with literally checking off the auctions available, I would like to be able to group the auctions together in folders, and create folders to organize my auctions further. Default folder tree should include a folder for active bids - auctions I have a registered bid already placed (that eBay can see), a folder for purchased/won items, a folder for items I'm only watching to see what happens later, and a folder I can create folders within the application with pending "snipe" bids - or bids that are pending and timed automatically to be sent in the future specified times. A delete button or an "X" should be place by individual auctions within the pending snipe auctions so that the pending bids on auctions can be stopped, and all auctions that are affected by the bulk auction bidder/sniper should automatically appear in the pending snipe directory to be deleted if necessary, before they are submitted. For "group bids" an option should be available that if any auction in a particular group of auctions that were selected together by the bulk check box bids/snipes successfully wins the auction, all other pending bids in that group are automatically cancelled. Each item should be part of a list, where each item has it's own row with necessary information pertaining to it. Included in each items row should be the [login to view URL] "item number", Title or item name of the auction, time left until auction closes, current price, and shipping charge to Canada if it would otherwise show up in the rows of ebay.ca. (since some auctions only will display this information within the auction description). Finally, there should be a search function to bring up results of said auctions. It can work similar to eBays current search function, or even utilize ebays current search function (if this can be done legally and legitimately), or utilize something similar to google search or Find programs using "*" etc as wildcards. With the search function, the selected auctions available that can be affected by that one bulk bid box, should have a box to be able to select all auctions on the current page, but not to select all auctions available. Each page should have the ability to display approximately 50 results, and there should be the ability to select current page next page and last page at the bottom of the results box. If I use the "select all on current page" function, each individual auction should still be de-selectable. When searching for auctions, the page should be displayed by default with the results of the total of lowest cost plus shipping items first, to most expensive last, with option available to organize the results differently. Note that most of these functions are already available by eBay, I just need them to be default functions, the pages to display exactly what I need and to be able to "bid bulk" on several auctions at once.
