I have a medium project that I need to complete in 2-3 weeks. This would be coded within a Wordpress website. I need to have custom software written to accomplish several key functions.

Module #1 - Survey Request:

We need to create an input box that accepts several contact records (one record per line) survey (a Wordpress form using Gravity Forms) that which allows us to enter these four pieces of information (Name, email & mobile, Agent code). The input data may look like this:

Michelle Jones, email address, 3145176894, LA20131

Rick Fox, email address, 3148475763, LA20131

When this information is entered, a customized email message AND a text message (if the mobile is provided) will be sent to the each contact with instructions for completing customer satisfaction survey).

I'd like to use Twilio SMS for the text message notification and I am not sure how we would send the email message but I will look to your team for a solution for that.

Module #2 - Survey Completion:

1) A two part webform (Gravity Form Plugin) will be created and used for a customer satisfaction survey.

Part 1 includes several questions (a detailed list can be provided later) including a satisfaction rating of 1 to 5 stars with 5 being the best. There is also a field called "Leave A Review" and we need to somehow save this review data for Part 2. For the review, we also need a checkbox that allows the person to specify if they want to post the review to their facebook page and/or Twitter account once the survey is submitted during part 2.

Part 2 The user advances to page 2 and we will use Gravity Form's conditional logic to handle the fields that are displayed on this page.

IF the user selected 4 or 5 stars in part 1, THEN

Page 2 of the form will be displayed and on this page the user will encourages to submit a google or yelp review.

IF the user clicks on the link to leave a Google or Yelp review, THEN

Allow the user to paste the review they have already provided on our site in part 1 into the google or yelp review field so they don't

have to type it all over again.



This means the user rated us a 1, 2 of 3 star and a message will be displayed

to let them know our staff will call them within 24 hours to discuss how we

improve our customer service. They user will NOT be given the option of

completing a Google review.


Module #3 - Social Tracking:

I need a software solution that will create a weekly report that gives me the number of Facebook Likes, Twitter Followers and LinkedIn Connections for each of my clients. I can provide the links for the Facebook page and LinkedIn Profile and their Twitter Handle. I am thinking we can create a form that will allow me to keep the list of my client's updated so this process can execute and produce the reports automatically on a weekly basis. I am open to other solutions for this as well.
