I offer a retainer program to clients whereby they can purchase hours in advance and then submit tasks and requests. As the tasks are completed, the time bank in their retainer account is adjusted per the time involved.
I need a Wordpress plugin/application that I can use with the following broad features:
- I will establish login details for the client
- Client can see available retainer time remaining
- Client can see a running accounting of how the retainer was used (date + project/task + time + notes)
- I need to be able to easily manage/update retainer levels, projects, etc. as I'm only doing this to avoid having to do it manually
Any additional features or ideas are welcome as I'm sure you can grasp what I'm trying to do.
