Looking for an experienced WordPress plugin developer to develop a lightweight Help Desk Ticketing plugin. There will be many websites all offering a support page, the support page will be a form. The form is created from the main website plugin and will be applied to all satellite websites via a client plugin. Website visitor, submits a support ticket via this form (note the form is customizable, fields and data types). The data entered is emailed to the main website plugin and autoresponse is sent with a ticket number. As well as the main site receiving the ticket data it also needs to know which satellite site the data came from. The main site plugin will store every ticket and resolution - we will supply psd files for the exact GUI.
