Wordpress Soccer Tips Website

Hi, I am looking for a programmer that can help me code a script for my soccer tips website, which runs on Wordpress. It can be in a form of a plugin or a script, which ever way works best. This script will need to do the following: Retrieve the latest soccer matches and display them on the site.. Retrieve the odds on each match and choose the hot favorites of betting such as home/draw/away, correct score, high/low and set it as the tip for the match, with an option to edit the tips manually. Also a section which shows the current top 10 match tips this week with a pie chart showing how accurate the tips were in percentage A section showing all the match results of each game. I want this script to be automated, and I need someone to help me create this. Should be simple for a professional. I have a very tight budget, so need someone experienced and can do it for the lowest price. Thanks
