Project Description

I have multiple existing Wordpress Pages (about 30 pages), with Thesis Theme, that I need to upgrade to a new design. All pages will look like the same page, so its pretty much getting a template that I like and using the same layout to use in 30-40 different pages in 3-4 sites.

The design looks something like this (rough mock draft attached):

Old page: [url removed, login to view]

Inspiration Page(s) for new design:

1.) [url removed, login to view] ---- (Only the Dual "Market Report" and "Video" LAYOUT)

2.) [url removed, login to view] -- The Rest of the Page will look like this....Grey header Option Menus. Where I can Post Codes from Zillow, etc., as the content.

Other things to Know:

- The "Market Report & Video Layout" color headings will be changed from red to blue or grey (same color as other menu headers,ex:"neighborhood video and photo tour")

- The property results showing all the homes ([url removed, login to view]) -- I would need a scroll down page to put the as not to take too much space on the page. Like this: [url removed, login to view] ...(scroll down to where the properties are shown).

- We will have some sort of a "quick menu option" located on the right column of the page, to have a quick view of all the information on the page. If a user clicks any of the quick links on the menu it will hyperlink to the specific information found on the page.
