Wordpress coding and theme modifications

Hi, I'm building a beachwear site based on Wordpress.
It's based on Sooji 1.0 theme from templateforest, you can see a test site here [url removed, login to view]
I need the following tasks:
1. Change the position of qtranslate flags, and make them shows in all the pages
2. Add the links area on the image and that shows a tooltip when mouse-over (I’ll insert urls and phrases later, you can put test urls)
3. Remove the preloader from the code
4. Change the left sidebar area as you see in the image
I also need to have the possibility to create new sidebars and associate that with pages so different pages can have different sidebars (for this I can send you the “Swerve” theme from themeforest that does it so you can merge the functions from that theme).
The site need to work well with all plugins, so no core modifications are allowed, in particular need to work well with the following plugins:
- Events Manager Extended
- Shopp
- qTranslate
- Contact Form 7
