Hi, I have a Wordpress website. I need consulting, and likely also programming, so I can add:
single session booking calendar (goes to a master calendar like Gcal or iCal) -
event calendar (goes to a master calendar like Gcal or iCal) - trying Event Espresso
membership software with content dripping- looking at MemberPress, which takes Stripe
autoresponder and mailing list (many plug-ins do this from inside Wordpress, AllClients is a third party CRM that does this)
I want form to lead with my CRM except I want it to to create a CRM lead AND opt people into my mailing list (which ideally is from within CRM) AND create Wordpress membership (so I can use something like MemberPress to drip content and upsell) From a single sign-up. I'd like to ask a programmer if this is possible. Google apps might be another answer.
Since I can't find a Wordpress CRM, considering Base, OnePage, or AllClients. Gmail has CRMs, autoresponders and some mailing list ability and many of these apps are free or reasonable.
I'd like to use Stripe for payments, so leaning toward plug-ins or apps that do, will or could support Stripe.
The other idea would be WPMuDev which offers MarketPlace (which takes Stripe) Membership, Events+, Appointments+ that have some CRM built in, however, these plug-ins are not as easy for me to use and have some issues for me (in the demo the event sign-up takes place below the fold, I need it above) Also not clear how I'd get dripping content, autoresponder and mailing list except the last two through MailChimp, which I'd also prefer to avoid (I want my autoresponder and mailing list in a more CRM-like climate)
AllClients does much of what I need RE CRM, autoresponder, mailing list, dripping content (by email) lead capturing web forms, I think it even has an API. Not sure how to integrate it with Wordpress. Building a WP plug-in that would give my contacts a WP/MembePress membership as well as put them into AllClients. I thought about Zapier, not sure if/how it would work. Again, there may be a Google-based solution that I haven't researched yet.
This is AllClients:

The first thing I want is to buy a consulting session where someone who can program and has a better understanding of what's involved to get this working lets me know what's possible, what it would cost and how long it would take, what I could do myself and what I'd hire for. Second is hiring someone to do what I can't do myself.
