Project Description

We need you to build a Wordpress child theme starting from two PSD's. One PSD will be for the home page and one for the subpages. We are looking for the site to look nearly identical to the layout in the PSD files. We need a fair bit of functionality for the homepage so it will take a bit longer than the average PSD to Wordpress site. You will likely need to use images for the fancy font on the homepage. The font is included in the attachments.

You will be working on our test Wordpress site and will receive a password and login info to make changes as well as FTP info.

Whenever possible make it so that the design can be customized easily. Use for best judgement for that.

We want to be able to create new pages that are formatted for two column layouts as seen in the subpage PSD. The small column will be used for ads and other links.

Please note - the website will use the blog functionality as follows. There will be 5 blog categories and for each category there will be a Page and within each Page there will be all the posts within the category. The posts should display fully formatted with all images in place. You will likely need to be good at PHP to get this to work. Each of these 5 Category Pages will be linked from the homepage as shown in the Reena's Blog section of the Homepage PSD. The section called "Reena's Blog" takes you to the main blog Page. The button "Household Tips" takes you to Household Page and so on.

We also need the following plugins enabled. You will need to make sure that the plugins work on the site.

1. Bookshelf by Reuben Gunday

2. WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart By Ruhul Amin

3. UI for WP Simple Paypal Shopping Cart By Svetoslav Marinov (Slavi)
