I have a website template in a PDF formate that i need to be created into a working website. We need the site to be donw in PHP and use Mysql. We would want the site to use css and not tables. the site template can be found here [url removed, login to view] We are looking to be able to do the following Create pages Delete page Add images Add links Add links in the pages add / edit and delete text and images add news to a news system so it shows on the home pages and will then also move to a archive section. Add text for what our clients say Have a working serch facility within the site Have a working contact us page that will send to a email address Be able to edit and upload the main images that appear on the home pages. We need to be able to say if a header image will appear on the pages and what image will appear. I am looking for a cms that is built just for us. I dont want to use a free ware cms. The cms needs to be very simple. One click to get us to where we want to add delect or add. The cms should be very simple and user freindly showing our company logo with in it
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
