We are in need of a Customer service user interface for our call center reps. No telephony is required. The interface must use APIs to add, remove and edit members on a membership system and using another API add charge payments to a payment gateway system. (Integration docs will be provided).


1. CREATE ACCOUNT: Telemarketer will enter member fields (Name, address, phone number, email, Username, Password) your CRM must assign a random customer ID number and using an API send all the information to the membership system. When an account is created the CRM must also email the log in details and welcome information to the members email address. The CRM must also keep a database of all members that are searchable by fields: Customer ID, Name, etc

2. BILL ACCOUNT: Telemarketer will enter payment details (Bankname, ABA, bank account number) and using an API this information must be sent to the payment gateway system.

3. SERVICE ACCOUNT: Customer service reps must be able to search accounts, locate accounts, edit accounts, cancel billing on accounts and remove accounts from the membership system. Cancellations of memberships must communicate via the API to the membership system and remove members and also send confirmation via email. The CRM must have a “Notations” section where customer service reps can add notes to each account with a time and date stamp.
