You will be given a web template, and from that template you will have to build-out a fully fuctioning web store.
The website will incorporate a drop down menus, search function, shoping cart (paypal, credit cards, ect..), data management system, and a fillable form that will get e-mailed back to us.
This project involves creating a database that will house and host our images, product discriptions, and checkout system. The website will have to make use of Flash, PHP, and xtml coding.
The website must be READY - TO - RUN. We will require you to be on a on call basis as well if we need you for future work.
You will have to sign a non-disclosure form.
1) Complete and fully-functional working website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
1.1) Weekly reports on status should be provided
1.2) Details will be written out and both parties signed
1.3) Disclosure forms must be signed
1.4) Must be willing to talk over phone, msn, google, or skype
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
This website will need to work in IE 3.0+, FIREFOX 1.0+, and NETSCAPE 3.0+, and on MAC's.
