Cars directory, apply design and add features

I have a website called [login to view URL] in Arabic, bascially its a cars directory, simple database. I have made a new design for the website in PSD format plus added some features in the design. language is PHP and database is MySQL If you will take this project, you will apply the new design to the code (make it w3c compliant), add the new features and optimize the website to be running smoothly afterward. I might ask the developer for more features in the future. you will need to be organized and have clean code. the site current language is PHP and the database is MySQL ## Deliverables The website [login to view URL] is a local vehicles database that allows customers to search for their preferred cars. The website has a backend, for the admin to enter the data on daily basis (already done) . the site will require updates on the CMS to allow adding content as displayed in the designs. Ads management and other parts of the website. I prefer to talk to the developer directly to give him more information about every single page but there are no more than 5 pages in the site.
