Application should work on all later versions of Windows starting from Windows Me to XP Pro. Application should work for all later versions of major browsers including IE, Netscape and FireFox.
The architecture of this program should be object-oriented and should utilize modules for coding, so it can be easily fixed and improved and new functionality could be easily added when needed.
The application should help users to easily find and categorize any of the user files stored on the computer,including software files, pdf files, audio and video files, favorites, etc., based on different search criterias (but application is not responsible for finding/categorizing with system files).
When initially installed, application should help user to automatically categorize all the files based on the categories pre-defined in the application or user-defined categories.
When user downloads a new file, application will help define whether this file was previously downloaded on the computer, based on the number of criterias.
