Concrete5 Add on (php/mysql) - increase functionality

Cancelled

There is a Concrete5 (5.4.0.5) add on called "Extended Form" (<[url removed, login to view]>)

I am looking to extended the functionality of this control. ? Please note, I do not want to resell it or re-badge it as my own component - I just want additional functionality.

The changes are:

[url removed, login to view] formatting (to N decimal places)

[url removed, login to view] formatting (to N decimal places)

[url removed, login to view] formatting (to N decimal places)

[url removed, login to view] to flag an input field as a variable and then do calculations onit.? For example, Field1 (could be[GrossRevenue]) and Field2 could be [Employees], so a result that could beoutputted anywhere in the form could be [Result1] {= [GrossRevenue]/[Employees]}which could be formatted currency and no decimal places.? ?

[url removed, login to view] to save the form by the Member's ID in a database.

[url removed, login to view] to append new data by date and timestamp, or overwrite Memberdata for a specific form.

7. ? Ability to associate data (such as a Flash Filename) with the form to be written to the database.

Please let me know if you can add this functionality.

## Deliverables

I will not sell the updated code in any way on any addons website. ? The authors copyright remains theirs. ? I simply need additional functionality.
