eBay Listings Management * Ability to support mulit user to post item for ebay. * Ability to Create, modify, and manage eBay Auctions, Store, or [url removed, login to view] listings from the control panel of our company websites’ product catalog. * Ability to Create listings in using custom tailored listing templates and wizards. * Avoid re-typing product descriptions and auction settings, store all product information in product records in the product catalog of our website and retrieve it with a click when listing the item on eBay. * Ability to Enable automated listing and let the system create new listings or re-list until inventory is depleted to a designated level. Inventory Management * Track all events that effect inventory levels including eBay sales and direct sales. * Ability to fetch final sale price and buyer information from ebay and also number of bids the item has received. * Set minimum levels for products and Receive notifications when minimum inventory levels are reached. * Ability to support multi user for ebay listings to see the user that has done the listing. Checkout Processing * Automatically identify incoming PayPal fund transfers and apply them to matching orders. Ability to fetch paid item information and apply it to the database. Customer Management * Collect bidder and buyer information such as email addresses, names, total purchases, number of purchases, recent purchases. Feedback Management * Automatically leave positive feedback to buyers, after they have left a positive feedback for you or independently of their feedback. Activity Monitoring *Ability to View our open and completed listings with bid counts, highest/winning bidder, selling price, and other pertinent information. *View sales statistics.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
