Event Website

I'm looking for a web developer (PHP/MySQL) who can build a secure CMS which manages events that are happening at our company. We need to be able to post events for our employees to attend throughout the week and allow them to sign up as a member and RSVP to the events. The back end CMS will be divided into four areas: 1) EVENTS - This section should be an archive list of events for the week. This area of the CMS will have multiple levels: Level A: Add a Week (example: Week June 14-June 18) Level B: After creating a week in Level A, we should be able to add days (Monday, Tuesday, etc). Level C: After creating a day, we should have the ability to add events for that day. We should be able to modify the order of how the events should appear on the front end using the CMS. Level D: After creating an event, we should be able to add meta data (location, time of event, etc), assign a location (see #2 below), and upload an event logo. 2) LOCATIONS - This section will be dedicated to a list of locations where the events take place. There might be four event locations to start out and 10 more in a few months - so the CMS needs the flexibility to add/edit/delete locations when needed. Each location will have its own meta data (description, location, link to Google maps, etc) as well as a small photo gallery (5 photos). 3) PHOTOS - This section will control event galleries. After an event is over, we should be able to create a "Gallery" and upload photos for that event. Each gallery for an event may have 25-100 thumbnails which will open in a "lightbox" Javascript window. 4) USERS - This will be an alphabetical list of employee profiles who signed up to become a member. Their personal information including name, email, etc will be stored in each profile. I'm looking for an end-to-end PHP web developer who will build the CMS back end as well as connect it the front end files (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc) which we will provide.
