As the project title suggests, we need a programmer to finish up a web application that is near completion. However, the developer that was hired is no longer working on this project. Thus, we require a programmer that is knowledgeable in Flash, XML, and PHP to complete the rest of the web application and fix any bugs present.
This is an Flash/XML/PHP application for a real estate company.
The application displays images of properties for sale or for rent on the main page. On the top of the screen the images of the agents who work for this company are displayed along with their names. The sales agent of the month is also displayed on
top.
You can see the main template here

This application is 85-90% done and has some errors. The main problem right now it that after 5 XML listings they don't show up on the screen along with some other bugs that crash the application.
There is also an admin console which is incomplete.
The admin console should allow the admin to upload images of the property along with information about it (title, location, price, type, style etc). You'll see the details in the source file.
The admin console should be very simple and user friendly. It should have a browse button to upload images and text fields for the information that goes with the images. Other than that it needs to have a drop down menu to select the status(available, sold, rented etc) for each property listing.
There should be a way to keep a record of all the listings.
All source code will be provided to the bidder than has been selected.
