Incentive search engine website

We seek an experienced coder who is knowledgeable with Google Adsense to build a search site using Google that will be prize themed like [login to view URL] or Bigdevil.com. We will need someone to work with during the approval process so our site is in compliance with Google policy and procedures. This will be an incentive point based search site, therefore we require a coder that can build us a random prize generator that will give out prizes during random times a person completes a search. Features: Word Search Image Search Audio Search Video Search User Panel Admin Panel Randomizer to pick random searcher as winner Point based System Sponsored Offers page (where completion of sponsored offers increase the prize jackpot) Winner Page Record all searches (To prevent bot searches) RealTime updating Winners Table on homepage Referral Kit for users (banners, links, etc) Referral feature where if a registered user refers someone and their referral wins a prize they also win one. (Referrers prize is determined by admin) We do not seek a Logo or Web design, just a coder. The tell-a-friend service must also work like Blingo’s (I.E. if I was referred to the site by John Smith, if I win a prize using the site John Smith is also awarded that same prize.) Because of this in order to use the tell-a-friend service you must become a member and give us your details to keep on file. The site must be able to track each referred member. How this is best done is up to you. As mentioned above, the site will also need to contain the randomizer that controls when a winning search is produced. At that point the searcher will enter their name and address etc.. that info we will then use to send the prize. The searcher will see what they win enter their info and then click to get their search results. We will have an admin login that will allow us to set the odds of a prize being awarded for 10 separate prizes. (IE prize 1 has a 5% chance, prize 2 ??" 1%, prize 3 - .01%, etc..) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
