Post jobs from Admin

Each job will have it's own unique id, so when people apply it will associate with that posting

Search by name, cover letter, Position applied, both notes fields

Date / Name / Position applied to (title used for this position)/ Address / (View/Download cover letter) / View/Download resume / Note to applicant (only applicable to candidates that registered) / Self Note / email address

Multiple databases:

Need an option to tell the jobs to be stored in a different database as they get filled, I will have the option to add/edit/delete a database from the application (when adding a database if I can have a field called nickname, then when I

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Search function

Since I will be using mutliple databases I would to be able to tell the Search Function to either search all databases or select the ones that I choose on the check boxes - this will bring up the results as shown above

Being able to email 1 or all regisitered users by click select all or specific users by check box and a subject and note field will be at the bottom of the list to send the note and of course a send button

On the main screen (user side):

Candidates can search for jobs using a search bar

They will view the title and a few lines of the posting and when the click will see the full job details

If they are registered

They can see the date they applied, position they applied to, cover letter, resume they sent and the note that we will posted from the admin panel, (one thing I would like the note to be able to display under review until I edit it)

Also be able to edit information from the client side that they entered when registered

When logging in on both the admin and user side I want a forgot password field
