Mambo Template - Travel related site

Job Description:

We need a very professional template for a travel related site. Usage of images is of vital importance. Images will be provided. It is vital that the template follows all internet standards, in other words, css compliant, xhtml compliant and in general follows the w3c standards. This site is aiming for high ranking in search engines and thus a well designed template is needed. 1: This is for a travel portal site, thus a large amount of information will be added to the site. Banners spots should be available, as well as all standard "elements" from Mambo. The template will be running with phpshop as well ( or other mambo compatible e-commerce solution ) 2 or 3 columns will be needed. Template should have fixed width (800) 2: Header of template could also be a flash movie. Please provide a quote with and without a flash movie for the header. Naturally only the front page would play the flash movie. Subpages would then have the option of "play movie" button located in the header. 3: Header should be possible to add different header images to different subsections of the site. In other words, if you are clicking on a certain area, the header image should be relevant for that area. I assume this is an easy task. 4: Customized templates from Templatemonster or other templates would be allowed. However, I should have full copyright and ownership to the template and it should be "unique", meaning that you will not have sold this template to anyone else. 5: Finished design MUST be compatible with all major browsers ( like IE, FF and more ) 6: Quick download of the site is vital. In other words, the site has to be loading quickly, even for users with dialup or slow connections ( naturally this doesn't go for the flash presentation ) Professional designers only please. Please include some samples of previous work/designs/templates to make the selection of designer easier. Company name and info given to winner.

## Deliverables

1) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ( In other words, template should be possible to install/uninstall in the back end of Mambo ) 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
