218290 NET to PHP conversion

Programmer required for a small project, to convert an existing .NET Web Service to PHP Web Service. The functions performed by the existing .NET Web Service, include: 1) Connecting to MySQL database 2) Selecting the required information 3) Formating the received information 4) Packaging the information into XML file 5) Sending the information to another Web Service 6) Receiving and interpreting response. 7) Saving the received information back to database. Programmer will be required to have experience with PHP and .Net and able to build Web Service. More details about the project will be provided upon request and also once bidding is completed.
