(This is a CLOSED project that is being upgraded to NDA)

We're currently looking to build a Lead Management Hub that will sit on top of our existing customer software.

The Lead Management Hub will basically do the following (high level).

1) Handles incoming online customer leads from internet lead providers

2) Applies custom business filters/rules to accept/reject leads

3) Communicates with external data bureau(s) for further testing/underwriting of customer leads

4) Allows custom reporting of Accept/Reject reasons and Detailed Activity reports

The internal/external streams are XML. The underlying customer database can be anything.

The system must be modular, and handle adding/removing/editing lead sources, data bureaus, and internal filters/rules.

I'm attaching a few things:

- XML example for incoming lead from Lead Provider

- Specs for integrating with Clarity external data bureau

- Specs for sending customer info into our customer management system

- Draft Powerpoint with rough sketch of current system, planned system, and other notes/feature descriptions
