Project: What I am looking to have is A customer comes to our website, uploads a picture and fills out a form. We need that picture and that form result sent as one file, a jpg to an cell phone email address specified by that user. We are going to be sending this to internet enabled phones. So there actually is one check for the inserted value field that will be 4 to 5 phone companies for now. I will provide these values for you. ( eg. if you select tmobile, you get there 10 digit phone number with the value= [url removed, login to view]) And 1 additional jpeg attached. this will be called "wallpaper" 13 text fields 2 radio or check boxes A picture of the person combined with the form result no wider then 200px ( aligned left ) in jpg format. This will be called "profile" 13 text fields 2 radio or check boxes A picture of the person combined with the form result no wider then 200px ( aligned left ) This will be called the "profile" And 1 additional jpeg attached. this will be called "wallpaper" The user will be given a user name and password for the website. This all gets stored into a database with a 'membership number'. When someone calls our 800 number and keys in that membership number, a text to voice will read the info on the form The form that gets sent to the phone will be just a few fields less then the form that gets read back when someone calls the 800 number.
