Quick & Clean Joomla Module

I posted this project earlier, but received high bids because I did not explain it well. The project is to create a Joomla Module. We will call it Dashboard. The front end part of Dashboard is a flash file. I will provided it to you, ready for use. The flash file takes its data from an XML file, which I will provide to you. The XML file contains 15 fields which need to be updated from the backend (admin). I demand clean code, so do not bid if you are not yourself a true Joomla expert. I have many projects, so I want to finda person who values repeat business. I pay quickly and provide great feedback when high expectations are met.
