Redevelop website using Flash / XML Technology

Hi

Current website written in (PHP) is live and already has an ecommerce site, but the data needs to be transferred to the new design and developed into FLASH.

(Current site is built using PHP, MySql DB, Linux platform.

I am looking to hire a sophisticated flash/xml developer who is capable of developing site functions similar to those of [url removed, login to view]

The website will be done entirely in Flash BUT, there is an option: if the viewer selects "shop all" it will go to PHP shopping pages.

(Similar to [url removed, login to view] shop all page).

Please Note:

1) The New website design is already done in Photoshop. It just needs to be sliced/implemented into flash and PHP.

2) Shopping cart is already done, as well as the ecommerce payment part.

( The new Flash Site Need s to call up the product information from the database to the the website perhaps using XML ).

3) Text/contents is pre-existing, as the current website is already live but needs to be converted to the new flash design.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
