Site for ordering streaming video tutorials and a DVD

The site will be a video tutorial site. Online video's can be ordered and also a DVD (payment has been made first). It should be a SEO friendly CMS based site/template (e.g. Joomla). - Top: banner & logo (to be designed as part of this project) - Top: menu bar (about 6 items) - Right: this will be the main tekst - Left side: menu (about 8 items) - Right side: Subscription to mailing list by leaving email and name - Footer: Menu (privacy policy, terms & conditions, FAQ, etc. about 8 items) - Template (CSS) design to be made as part of this project - Video embedded at home page - 'Order' buttons to be incorporated throughout the site - CMS / admin to edit all the pages, upload files, see order history, manage users, send newsletters, etc. When the 'order' button is clicked: - Payment should be possible by using Paypal - Before paying, user should register / leave name and email - Before paying, user should check a box to agree with the t&c - After payment there are two options: 1. The user has ordered an item (DVD) that will be shipped (confirmation email, etc.) 2. The user gets access to a streaming video which he/she can play several times. After the user has closed the browser or left the screen, the video should not be accessible anymore (not stored on the harddisk).
