421429 Twitter Oauth/Facebook Connect

Currently I have some twitter php code that does the following: -allows me to enter a list of twitter usernames & associated passwords -allows me to enter RSS & XML links in a config file -when the cron runs, a random RSS or XML link is selected from the list, and then a random link/post from the RSS/XML page gets selected and tweeted to twitter for a random user account -currently the tweet is formatted with the title of the RSS entry (not actual site name) with a bitly link to the actual page or article from the rss feed. -for example, if the cron selected the feed [login to view URL] and then randomly chose the post "Yahoo! Mail Welcomes Facebook"....then on twitter, the tweet would look like "Yahoo! Mail Welcomes Facebook [login to view URL]" or something to that effect - where the bitly URL links to [login to view URL] I have another set of code that does the following: -allows me to enter a list of twitter usernames & associated passwords -allows me to enter a list of text in a config file (one tweet per line) -when the cron runs, a random text is selected from the list, and then gets tweeted to twitter for a random user account We want to take these same concepts and expand upon it using oauth and to create a web interface for users. Currently the code i have is not based on oauth, but should be able to work using oauth. Please see the scope below and let me know what you would charge and what timeframe you think it would take to complete. Ideally we are thinking it can be completed in less than 2 weeks. I will provide the site design. Login/Registration/Payment: -There will be 2 types of login. a) twitter login, b) site login through registration. -There will be 2 types of user, a) free user, b) paid user. -Paid users will have different plans. for example, Gold, Silver, controlled through a config file or admin panel -User can only become paid if they login through registration. Login through twitter only user will be free user. Users use cases: -Any user can connect a facebook or twitter account after he logs in. (only paid/upgraded accounts will be allowed to connect to facebook and post to facebook fan pages, facebook accounts, or both) -If user is logged in via twitter, twitter is already connected. no need to connect it again. -User can add his blog or any rss feed url or any xml sitemap url. -User can create a list of text tweets -Our cron will post contents from that url or list to his connected facebook fan page or twitter or both. -Any user registered through our site can become paid user by choosing any plan. -Payment method will be paypal -Paid memberships user can add up to 25 twitter account while non paid user can have only 1 twitter connected. here is what i am thinking...free gets one account, silver gets 10 accounts, gold gets 25 accounts...guess this can be controlled in the config file/admin area? -Paid user can connect his facebook. yes only paid users should get this option - will post to fan page or fb profile page or both -If a user has existing free account(s) (via twitter login) and become a paid member all his existing accounts will be connected. It means user doesn't need to add the rss/xml url or cron details again. Existing activities will be fetched automatically. -Depending on the chosen plan paid users will have different levels of posting frequency and number of twitter accounts. So higly paid user will have high posting frequency and highest number of twitter accounts connected. this will be controlled in config file/admin area? -on paid accounts, option to randomly select sentence from rss feed summary to post as tweet title on twitter and facebook. Background Cron: -Cron will fetch each users twitter/fb (if any) credentials and use them to a) update status in twitter and b) post fan page in facebook Cron will run for each user for an specific frequency.
