We need a web application which will be used to enter data into 40 different forms.
As an example:
At the first form the user selects a type of form.
Based on this type, the 2nd form is opened.
At this form the user selects the "procedure number". Based on the "Procedure Number" the 3rd form is opened.
At the 3rd form, the user enters the manager's name, which brings the 4th form.
At this form there is a dynamic table (grid):
Company Name Product Name Product Specs
At this stage the system should allow selecting documents to be included.
Then the user enters the procedures required for this purchase, and so on.
The output of such procedure should be a Word document with the overall details collected during this wizard session.
