Wordpress Calendar App Customization

[login to view URL] needs someone good with Wordpress to modify and customize our concert calendar application. Right now, it looks too basic and is organized alphabetically by band name. Ideally, it would be easy to input data into, would be sortable/searchable by region, date, city and band name and be more visually enticing. If possible, instead of simple drop-down menu options, we wanted a more graphic look, choosing highlighted regions on a map of the US for instance, then a date on a big calendar, or a band name or city from a stylized list with thumbnails. More options are needed in each individual listing like links to band and venue websites, ticket sales, articles about them on our website, etc. Basically the most uber, suped-up event calendar you can make!
