I need a Lead Engine and a ping tree created to collect and distribute automotive consumer lead information. The data will need to be viewable via a backend, able to be edited, deleted, etc. The ping tree must be able to ping and post to numerous lead buyers. The Ping Tree must be capable of accommodating a multiple tier price structure and collect data in real time, decline/accept leads in real time, and post in eal time, after going through a scrub with Targus (through API), as well as report monthly. I do not need a website to be created. I simply need the engine to allow me to buy leads, and sell them in real time on a tier based pricing. The Ping and Post must be customizable to either ping sequentially or in broadcast mode to multiple buyers. Fee must include support for 6 months, including adding new buyers and sellers with multiple tiers, and resolving any technical issues. Different clients may have different requirements for what data they need and how much they will pay for it. For example, if client A requires only the name and phone number of a prospect, he may only be willing to pay one dollar. Client B may require the name, address, and phone number of a prospect and may be willing to pay two dollars. Currently, we have no way to separate different sets of lead data by what information they contain, or by how much our different clients are willing to pay. We require a ping tree to carry this out. The ping tree must accommodate a multi-tier price structure and be able to send leads to our clients based on their lead requirements and on their bids. If the lead is not accepted by any of our clients (for any reason), it must be refused by our system and the affiliate that sent the lead must be notified of the refusal. All of this has to be automatic. The ping tree must be capable of storing the data for further analysis and historical purposes, and must provide reporting functionality. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
