Custom Call center script
To be used and accessed from my website by admin and agents.
a) i upload telephone number list in .txt file or .odf (openoffice)
b) script displays one number at a time when agent loggs in
c) agent clicks and call is made through voip or skype.
d) number of calls made per agent are listed
e) agent clicks button when sale is made and this also is displayed in the managers admin.
f) agent login with user/pass
g) admin features:
- login with user/pass
- add agents
- delete agent
- suspend agent
- blok agent
- see logins, number of sles, agents online.

This can be done using Vicidial/Goautodial server. It has all these features for uploading list, agent login, manual dialing and set dispositions and for manager to check reports. Lets discuss and setup.
The txt or odf file would be stored on the database such as mysql? Because if we use MySQL we could manage them easier instead of original file format. I prefer to use PHP instead of Perl/CGI. Let me know
