Modification on Oscommerce

Dear All, We are in process of installation of Oscommerce - [login to view URL] Now let me explain the problem - In the Checkout part we are seeking for installation of a very simple module i.e. "Capturing Customer Bank Details" means when a customer try to check out he/she will have a option of Checkout just by providing his/her Bank Details (Account Holder Name; Account Number; Bank Name; Bank Sort Code) and after filling up, when he click the button, the checkout process will be successfully completed, there is no requirement for any type of Payment Gateway, just capturing the Bank Details as we have a system in our local bank where if we provide the data, they then deduct the amount by some banking process. And, in admin panel under Order Details, I can view the Customer Order Details as show now and also the Bank Details that he/she provided which I can extract in excel format or any other. I need this done IN A DAY, so please bid, if you can do in a day. While bidding type oscommerce_lenspro, so that I can understand you read my requirement properly. Also, while bidding, please tell me how you going to do that, means what addon you going to use and how.
