Looking for programmer that is capable of building a website handling multiple RTSP feeds from web cams and projecting them onto site. Each feed has its own homepage and should have an account to its corresponding homepage. Only upon log in, user can change the contents and basic layout of the page (change text, add pictures, change dimensions etc). We also need two apps for the website : an iphone app and an android app, each functional app capable of having streams from the website viewable from a users phone. In terms of layout, it has to be similar in functionality to what [login to view URL] is. User oriented streaming, etc. with public access to viewing via the website or their phone. Must be able to handle all common streaming protocols, including RTSP.
