SimpleModal and TinyMCE integration issues resolved

Project integrates Eric Martins SimpleModal and Tinymce.

A simple page called [url removed, login to view] contains a single button. When clicked, SimpleModal dialog appears

Safari and Chrome will display the modal div with my form fields. FF does not. Not sure why.

Upon loading, Chrome displays the following javascript error in console:

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function

While Safari displays:

TypeError: 'undefined' is not a constructor (evaluating 'new p()')

Both I believe are related to loading TinyMCE.

Finally, in either Chrome or Safari, TinyMCE will provide content into editor upon initial load… but subsequent loads, the editor is empty. However, if you do a refresh of the page, it appears again for the initial load.

Files are PHP, but the issue is with the JS.
