we purchased a Vtiger On Demand account recently. We imported 13K leads from our existing Goldmine CRM. We need some simple setup modifications that will smoothly move the sales process and utilize the existing functionality of the Vtiger On Demand.
Work Screen Screen that displays a list in separate blocks Lead, Suspects, Prospects, Opportunities, Task. These categorization should match vTiger reporting for graphics and reports for productivity and campaign analysis. The list should display contact info(Company, Contact, phone, email)
Action Block To the right of an open contact should be a list of actions: Schedule call, email, email templates, etc. These will be the "key" actions reps will take on any given record.
